Many of you know once a month I teach a guided meditation in my community. It is so awesome to see people enter my class all stressed out and leave feeling relaxed and happy! You can attend a guided meditation class in your community or listen to a recorded audio meditation in your home. Just a few minutes a day can bring such peace and serenity to your life. I enjoy starting and ending my day with some deep breathing and a short meditation.

Guided meditations are really interesting. It’s effortless all you have to do is surrender and listen. You utilize the power of your imagination and visualization to effect positive personal changes. You will feel better physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Guided meditations help you to achieve a state of deep inner stillness, so that your mind can be cleared of clutter and unwanted thoughts. All you do is relax, close your eyes and listen to the instructor guide you through a visualization.
